Amhage Technology Group builds diagnostic platforms for industries that generate enormous amounts of evidence and almost no conclusions. The architecture is not new. It has been proven on the human body for forty years. We are applying it everywhere else it should have gone.

A world where every consequential inspection, every security decision, and every flight leaves behind a record that holds up.

Not a folder of images and a spreadsheet nobody trusts. A study, with an accession number, a permanent place in an archive, priors to compare against, findings that carry a grade and a measurement, and a chain of custody that survives the moment someone disputes it. That is what radiology built. It is what a bridge inspector, a practice owner, and a utility asset manager have never had.

We build platforms that structure the raw material first, compare it against what came before, grade what they find, and show the working. The disposition always belongs to the engineer, the clinician, or the operator of record. Our job is to make sure that when they make the call, the evidence underneath it is complete, comparable, and defensible.

We are deliberately not in the business of generating more alerts. Every industry we enter already has too many.

How we got here

Twenty years inside medical imaging, watching the same problem go unsolved everywhere else.

Michael Romansky spent close to two decades in medical radiology PACS, the systems that hold and route diagnostic imaging for hospitals, alongside twenty-five years leading cloud, cybersecurity, and AI development. He studied at the University of Oxford, and went on to postgraduate study in software engineering there.

The pattern that started Amhage is simple. Radiology figured out, decades ago, how to take an enormous volume of images and turn them into a defensible clinical decision. Structured studies. A reading room. Priors on the second monitor. Findings with grades and measurements. A record that survives litigation. Meanwhile a bridge inspector was emailing JPEGs. A dental practice was guessing at its HIPAA posture. A drone operator was handing a client four hundred gigabytes of footage and calling it a deliverable.

The idea was conceived in 2020. It became a company in 2026, when the underlying AI finally made the hardest part of the workflow, reading the evidence, tractable outside of medicine.

What we hold to

Three things that do not bend.

Structured, not streamed

Nothing enters the system as a loose file. Every capture becomes a study with an identity, a location, a timestamp, and a permanent place in an archive. If it cannot be found again in five years, it was never evidence.

Show the working

Every grade, score, and projection is traceable to the math and the source data behind it. We do not ship black boxes into decisions that carry professional liability. A finding you cannot explain to an auditor is a finding you cannot use.

Built to survive a dispute

Hashing on every frame, a full custody log, and a signed manifest re-verified on load. We design for the day the record is challenged, not the day it is filed.

Amhage Technology Group LLC is a New York limited liability company, formed August 2026 and headquartered in Rochester. Four platforms are in market or launching: InspectryxIQ for NDT and infrastructure inspection, NeuryxIQ for healthcare security operations, AeryxIQ for drone and aerial intelligence, and N.IQ DLP for data loss prevention, arriving September 2026.

They share an engine, an evidence model, and a point of view. The list is not meant to be final. Every industry that produces more evidence than it can read is a candidate.
